Continuous, full-time employment used to be the standard in the Finnish working life. Today, precarious work - part-time, temporary or self-employed - is becoming more and more common. What challenges precarization brings to the trade union movement? How to ensure worker’s rights in precarious employment? The workshop seeks to answer these questions in a dialogue between trade unionists and precarization movement.
