We join our spirit and forces in today’s campaign in an attempt to promote decent work – decent life.

The Cyprus Workers’ Confederation – SEK participates in the campaign in an active way through a poster and an informative leaflet which have been distributed to the member and at the work places in general.

The main activity was organized this morning, during which all social partners, including the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance herself participated in a round table discussion on the issue, reaching joined conclusions on how employment and life can become decent. Special emphasis was given on women and youth. The event was followed by a Press Conference.

Round table discussion about the crisis and the unemployment, where the ministry of labour and representatives of the two employers organizations (OEB and KEBE)will introduce suggestions how to fight the unemployment and to create new jobs.
